// Design & Build

Our Process

A building process is the beginning of a journey to something new and exciting. Take a step on that journey by calling Keystone today.

The first step is to establish a partnership with you. Understanding the goals for your building project and agreeing how we can work together to achieve those goals.

Our Process

No two building projects are the same and the timelines can differ dramatically depending on the size and complexity of the project.

However, as a guide, below we have set out a process that we typically follow.

  • 1

    Discovery

    Our partnership really begins at the discovery phase.

    - Establishing the goals for your building project
    - Understanding what a successful outcome will be
    - Agreeing the potential options that are available
    - Mapping the journey
    - Agreeing the timeline

    Design

    Design builds on discovery by moving from ideas and objectives to concrete plans. You may or may not have plans and approval for your project, either way design is where inspiration and imagination come together to help you visualise what you want your home to look and feel like once the project is complete.

    Planning & Regulations

    Keystone can help you move from dreams and aspirations in the design phase to plans on paper. Not all building projects require local authority approval, however building regulations will need to be adhered to and we will ensure compliance with central and local government building controls.
